As long as the employment relationship with the entity is maintained and during the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

• Banks and financial institutions, in order to make the payment of payroll (contractual requirement).
• State Foundation for Training in Employment (Fundae), in order to manage the bonus for employee training (contractual requirement).
