S1 & S2 goes 20m/ min. The K2 is pushed by a person, it is variable.

The cleaning solutions we offer for the photovoltaic plants depend on the lenght of the robot, the power of the panels and the geometry of the plant. Up to 4mw with a 2 meters robot and 6 mw with a 4 meters robot.

The robots have an adaptation tolerance of 250mm. Ask the manufacturer for specific cases.

  • If it is smaller than 350mm and the structures (tracker) are the same type or it is very alligned, we offer as an extra “jump legs” that allows the robot to pass without having to be moved by plant personnel.
  • If the gap is bigger than 350mm, and less than 750mm, or is moderately aligned we offer a product named “jump tools” that are puncutally fixed to the panels and allows the robot to pass without having to be moved by plant personnel.
  • If it is a very large and/or misaligned space, you will have to move the solar panel cleaning equipment by hand.

This is equipment prepared so that electricity and water are transmitted from one robot to another, and only the first of them is connected to water and general power.

 In the best case, regulating the load optimally we talk about 1000 charge – discharge cycles in cleaning solutions for photovoltaic systems.

CLEANING SOLUTIONS FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS

– The robot does not depend on the state of the ground to clean at more or less speed.

– The arm needs fewer operators to be able to operate.

– The robot has a double brush, so its cleaning capacity is greater.

– The vehicle that carries the arm allows you to be more versatile and be able to equip it with machines that allow you to treat the ground (weed trimmer for example).

– The robot can be powered with direct current (batteries) or alternating current (generator).

– The arm works with the hydraulics of the equipment on which it is mounted.

All our equipment consumes around 0.25 L/m2 at 3 bars of water pressure. The consumption is variable depending on the water pressure and the speed of advance of the equipment.

No. It is recommended that the water be of the best possible quality, if possible decalcified. However, our equipment has filters to avoid microparticles that dirty the panels. Check here the best cleaning solutions for photovoltaic installations.

We have certificates from certain panel manufacturers that they ensure that these do not damage them.

MAINTENANCE

CLEANING EQUIPMENT

All solar cleaning equipment, both robots and hydraulic arms, have one year warranty.

  • Clean brush with water or with compressed air.
  • Weekly: Cleaning of sprinklers and filters. And in the case of the arms, grease the marked points.

Normally 1000 hours or a year (depends on the weather conditions of the environment, the storage of the equipment, and the type of dirt).

Ability to acquire spare parts for equipment.

You have to call the technical service of SCM or its distributor, who will jointly and immediately make a diagnosis online, and establish an action plan along with the client.
